This is the garage of my wife’s uncle. The white car is a 1953 Kaiser Darrin and other one is a Ford I believe (correct me if I’m wrong). He’s owned the Kaiser for 20 years or so but this is the first time my wife’s ever even seen it. I wonder what else he’s hiding.

LOVE Kaiser Darrins.

The other car appears to be an early 20s Franklin. These were air-cooled cars (notice the large “horse collar” grille).
Kaiser-Darrins have cool door action.

I’ll have to ask him more about that one. I was a bit smitten by the Kaiser and was only asking About that one

It is a sharp looking car. I’d never even heard of them before

The rest of Kaiser’s lineup was totally forgettable but the Darrin was just so cool. I saw one on the show What's My Car Worth that had a period Cadillac engine in which I think would make it even more enjoyable.

Think you are right about it being a 20s Franklin, chek this 1922 9-B

Yep that’s the same era car. Notice that one also has the unusual V shaped windshield seen on some models (not on the car in the main pic).
